Standard Shipping (Canada)
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original labels and tags must be attached.

• Returns must be shipped using a secure, trackable method to ensure safe arrival.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return instructions and include your preferred replacement in your request.
If your requested exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Precautions and Important Notes

• Damaged or worn items will not be eligible for a refund.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.

• Keep proof of return shipment until your refund is processed.
